Biography:

Having experienced long-term and terminal diagnoses with her parents, Sue brings a personal understanding to the importance of planning for clients’ affairs during life, disability, and death. In addition to preparing complete, individualized will and trust plans for clients, Sue handles financial and medical powers of attorney, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and conservatorship matters. As part of her estate planning practice, Sue enjoys engaging with community members and professionals regarding the importance of and options in planning through educational workshops and presentations.

Sue’s business transactions experience includes six years with a practice group representing an automaker in complex real estate purchases, sales, and leases and dealership asset transfers. Sue enjoys working with a client’s team of advisors involved in any transaction to reach closing smoothly.

Outside the office, Sue’s focus remains on her family, including her husband and two young-adult children. Sue also enjoys fitness activities and exploring Denver’s restaurant scene with friends and family.

  • Denver Alumnae Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma; current Vice President of the Denver Kappa Friendship Fund which provides financial assistance to undergraduate and alumni members in the form of scholarships and grants, as well as supports local organizations that align with the Fraternity’s philanthropic focus on mental health.
  • Highlands Ranch High School; After-Prom Fundraising Chair (2019) and Boys’ Basketball (2015-17) and Baseball (2014-15) Booster Board Member.
