Hali is a Colorado native. She attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During her undergraduate years she played collegiate softball and assisted in coaching the varsity softball team at her high school alma mater. She exercised her leadership skills as well by serving as President for the Criminal Justice Honor Society.
She received her J.D. in 2025 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was as an editor for the Denver Law Review. She also was involved in multiple associations and programs that were geared towards giving back to her community. Following graduation, she served as a Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Heidi Kutcher.
Outside the office, Hali enjoys reading, the theater, and spending time with her family.
