Biography:
Ryan grew up in northern New Jersey and received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Law and Public Policy at the State University of New York at Binghamton.
In 2017, Ryan moved to New York City and was a paralegal in the residential real estate group at a big-law firm for a year before attending and receiving his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2021. At Brooklyn Law School, Ryan was a clinician in the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Society, for which he participated in and won the 2019 New York Law School Intellectual Property Negotiation Competition. Ryan also earned a certificate in Intellectual Property, Media and Information Law alongside his J.D. Upon graduation, Ryan worked at a boutique law firm in New York City where he was focused on counseling startups and fund managers on entity and fund formation and capital raising.
After living in New York City for six years, Ryan moved to Denver in January 2024 to embrace his passion for the outdoors. In his free time, Ryan enjoys snowboarding, hiking and camping.
