What Does it Mean to be a Super Lawyers Rising Star?

A Super Lawyers Rising Star is someone who does excellent legal work within their practice but has also practiced law for less than a decade or is under 40 years of age. Like the Super Lawyer Recognition, Rising Stars are also selected via peer nomination and evaluations and are well-known for their quality service. No more than five percent of the lawyers in each state are named Super Lawyers, and less than 2.5 percent are honored on the Rising Stars list.

Bailey’s profile is listed on the Super Lawyers website among the other 2022 Rising Start honorees across the nation. HSAG partner, J. Aaron Atkinson, was also given this honor and went on to earn the Super Lawyer recognition in 2016.

Congratulations, Bailey, on a job well done! We celebrate your past accomplishments and look forward to your future ones.
