Biography
Bailey is an associate and practices general civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Hackstaff, Snow, Atkinson & Griess, LLC, Bailey practiced civil litigation in the Bay Area, California, where she was successful in litigating complex cases and negotiating favorable settlements in both court and arbitral proceedings. After moving back to Denver, she worked as an associate at a well-known Colorado-based personal injury and mass tort firm, where she frequently dealt with insurance claims and insurance bad faith cases. Bailey has represented clients through all stages of litigation, and has experience both as a plaintiff and defense attorney, which gives her a unique perspective throughout the litigation process. Bailey was selected as a 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Star.
